Terms of Service

By creating an account or using CapitalFronts (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CapitalFronts is a market-intelligence platform. It publishes analyst research and trade signals with full context, provides live and delayed market data, lets members track their own positions around published signals, and hosts a community for discussion.

Nothing on CapitalFronts is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Signals, analysis, positioning aggregates, and community posts are information and opinion, published for educational purposes.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any signal or analyst does not guarantee future results. Any decision to act on anything you see on the Service is yours alone, made at your own risk.

CapitalFronts is not a broker-dealer, exchange, or investment adviser. The Service never executes trades, routes orders, connects to your brokerage or exchange accounts, or holds funds of any kind. “Joining” a signal on the platform records your own tracking entry - it does not place a trade anywhere.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person; you may not share, sell, or transfer an account.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute signals, market data, or positioning aggregates without written permission;
• attempt to identify individual members behind anonymous aggregates;
• probe, overload, or disrupt the Service or its providers;
• impersonate CapitalFronts staff, analysts, or other members;
• post spam, malware, or content that is abusive, defamatory, or illegal.

You own the content you post. By posting, you grant CapitalFronts a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the Service.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms. Moderation decisions are made at our discretion; analyst and admin actions are logged.

Prices and market data come from third-party providers. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally wrong; feeds can go stale. The Service marks stale data where it can, but you must not rely on it as an execution-grade feed. Market data is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy or timeliness.

Published signals include entry, targets, stop, and reasoning at the time of publication. Signal outcomes are recorded and displayed honestly, including losses. Signals may be updated or cancelled as conditions change; the update history is part of the record.

The Service, its design, software, brand, and published research are the property of CapitalFronts or its licensors. These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service - nothing more.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the Service or its members at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, IP) survive termination.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapitalFronts is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
